The PR140 is a pressure data logger designed for use in autoclave validation and mapping.
This rugged data logger can withstand temperatures up to +140 °C (+284 °F) and is completely submersible (IP68).
The PR140 is built with a precision stainless steel pressure gauge. The data logger has an accuracy of ±0.03 Bar (±0.435 PSI), which can be achieved over a wide temperature range, from +20 °C to +140 °C (+68 °F to +284 °F).
The PR140 can be programmed to take readings as often as once per second (1 Hz), and has non-volatile memory that can store up to 32,700 measurements.

The PR140 data logger is easy to use. Simply place it in the IFC400 docking station, connect to a computer, and the device can be started, stopped or downloaded using the MadgeTech software.
Graphical, tabular and summary data is provided for analysis and can be viewed in PSIA, mmHg, bar, Torr and kPa.
The data can also be automatically exported to Excel® for further calculations.

The logger PR140 is an absolute pressure logger that will only record pressure.  
It will not record temperature.  
There is no Temperature Channel.

The PRTemp140 is a pressure and high temperature data logger all in one, created specifically for use in autoclave validation, mapping studies and pressurized processes.
Featuring the familiar body style of the 140 series of data loggers and made of rugged stainless steel, this dual purpose device is less than 2.5 inches in length, allowing it to fit discretely inside small spaces.

The PRTemp140 data logger downloads temperature and pressure data simultaneously and displays the combined results in a single graph, simplifying data collection and analysis and eliminating unnecessary steps for the user.

This data logger is able to measure and record temperatures from -20 °C to 140 °C, and absolute pressure from 0 bar to 5 bar, accommodating a wide range of applications even in the harshest conditions  and is completely submersible  (IP68).
The data logger has an accuracy of ±0.03 Bar (±0.435 PSI), which  can be achieved over a wide temperature range, from +20 °C to +140 °C.
The PR140 can be programmed to take readings as  often as once per second (1 Hz).

The memory capacity on the PRTemp140 stores up to 32,700 time and date stamped readings and will retain data even if the battery becomes discharged.

The PRTemp140 utilizes the latest MadgeTech data logger software, making the entire process from starting the device to analyzing data, efficient and easy for the user.
Downloaded data can be viewed in various formats including graphic and tabular and can also be exported to Excel® for further analysis and calculations.

LUER-FITTING-F  316 stainless steel, 1/8 in NPT to Female luer lock adapter.
The LUER-FITTING-F is a 1/8 in NPT to female luer lock adapter. It can be used with the PR140 data logger with NPT Port.
The LUER-FITTING-F can easily be screwed into the 1/8 in NPT female port on the data logger.
This rugged adapter is made of 316 stainless steel construction and can withstand harsh environments, such as steam sterilization cycles.
              
MultiMount-Z Data Logger Stand     
Versatile mount or stand for use with the HiTemp140 series of data loggers.
The MultiMount-Z is a versatile mount or stand for use with the HiTemp140 series of data loggers and other various loggers of the same body style. It can be used to stabilize a logger inside an autoclave, or screwed to a flat surface to create an anchored base. Made of 316 Stainless Steel, the MultiMount-Z is able to withstand temperatures up to 150 °C making it ideal for use in autoclave sterilization processes.

PRTemp1000D Data Logger

Differential Pressure and Temperature Data Logger with a 1/4 in NPT differential fitting.
Includes NIST traceable calibration certificate.

The PRTemp1000D is a rugged pressure and temperature data logger designed to accurately monitor and record pressure and temperature at user programmable reading intervals.
The rugged stainless steel design allows for the device to be placed in harsh environments, which makes it well suited for use with air conditioning systems, chilled water, hot water, air, gas, oil and steam pressure systems.


The internal temperature sensor provides accurate temperature measurements without the need for a separate temperature data logger.
The logger can be started to take measurements as often as every two seconds, up to one reading every twelve hours.
It will store up to 16,383 readings in its non-volatile memory.
The PRTemp1000D uses a rugged stainless steel pressure strain gauge to accurately measure the pressure.
The device comes standard with a 1/4 in NPT differential fitting.
There are many different pressure ranges available to fit most any application.

Simple, Easy-to-use, Windows-based Software
The MadgeTech 4 Data Logger Software is designed to streamline the   process of downloading data and reviewing it in a user-friendly, time   efficient manner. The software offers many customizable features and  options, including the  ability to change engineering units (dependent  upon specific data logger  models), conforming to the needs of the user.
All MadgeTech data loggers operate in a similar fashion and are  simple and easy to use. Each class of logger has a unique device type  and is automatically identified within the MadgeTech Software on the  host computer.
MadgeTech 4 Data Logger Software comes standard with any MadgeTech  Data  Logger and free updates are available to download from the  MadgeTech  website.
